Since its inception in 1976, Ro-Bar Technical Services has evolved
from a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment
and controls specialist into a solutions based firm, focused on
whole building systems.
Our company’s broad range of expertise, 35+ years of practical
knowledge and exceptional service are leading the way in the fields
of HVAC testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB); energy auditing;
commissioning of new buildings; retro-commissioning of existing
buildings; sound & vibration testing; fume hood certification; and
medical isolation system setup and certification.
Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to building functionality
in order to provide the building owners, managers and tenants with a
working environment that enhances productivity and a sense of well
being. This provides the
building owner with an optimized energy situation that utilizes the
least amount of energy while maintaining the optimal performance of
the building systems. Ro-bar
has historically provided recommendations for retro-fit or
renovations that need to be performed to enhance the energy
efficiency of a building, but has recently begun an in-house
renovation partner services,
in essence, becoming a one-stop solution for energy efficient
buildings.
